Another milestone in Anand Nilay’s transformation. Concrete has been poured for the clubhouse foundation, marking exciting progress at the heart of the community. Homes are underway, including the Badrinath model, with the first residences expected to be completed in the next four months. The community entrance is also taking shape, with gates anticipated in the coming weeks.
