Having grown up in Tampa Bay, Anand resides in the area with his wife and two children and enjoys all Tampa has to offer.

Mr. Isenbergh, a seasoned builder with a wealth of construction expertise, adds substantial value to the Anand Vihar team. Recognized as an award-winning builder, he boasts a remarkable portfolio of over 40 significant real estate developments across the state of Florida. Over the course of his career, he has masterminded the construction of more than 3,500 homes, including a recent achievement of 1,700+ homes in the Tampa Bay area.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Isenbergh and his family made Tampa their home in 2000. His commitment to the local community is evident, with his two adult children working and living in the area. Furthermore, he and his wife have contributed significantly by founding a charter high school dedicated to serving exceptional children, underscoring their dedication to education and community enrichment.

A Tampa native and an alumnus of the esteemed Wharton School of Business, Mr. Santosh Govindaraju is a prominent figure in the local community. As the visionary leader behind Convergent Capital Partners, his company has played a pivotal role in investing over $1 billion in real estate ventures since 2008.

Beyond his professional achievements, Santosh’s commitment to community service shines brightly. He and his wife are actively engaged in the vibrant Indian community in Tampa, dedicating their time as sevaks of the Tampa Chinmaya Mission, serving on the board of the IndoUS Chamber of Commerce, and many other nonprofits. This deep-rooted involvement reflects their passion for contributing to the betterment of their community and the people they serve.

Originally from Michigan and a graduate of the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Mr. Nikhil Sachdev has called Tampa home for nearly two decades. He and his family enjoy the vibrant lifestyle that Tampa offers and look forward to Nikhil’s parents becoming residents of Anand Nilay.

As Managing Director and Founding Partner of Convergent Capital Partners. He is actively involved in capital raising, investor relations, the firm’s equity and debt relationships, and overseeing the asset management team. Nikhil is an Alumnus of the Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2009.
