Another milestone in Anand Nilay’s transformation. The future clubhouse is being laid out for its foundation, and the G7 model home is moving forward as the slab is being completed.

Progress continues at Anand Nilay. The community entrance is coming together with new fencing, the Model 11 home is advancing through plumbing, and the clubhouse foundation is underway.

February 2026:

Anand Nilay continues to take shape. Work is beginning on the future clubhouse, two homesites are ready for foundations, and the community’s entrance columns are nearing completion.
